PT Bernofarm believes that in order to succeed
in fierce competitive pharmaceutical business
the team should concentrate to "how on create
demand".
The organization has developed such as spider
web; the structure is continuously reorganized
and developed. Beginning with a small marketing
team covering only the market around Surabaya
and East Java, they were expanding to serve
Jakarta and other important cities in Java in
1986. Currently, PT Bernofarm serves almost all
area in Indonesia.
In order to get focused for these various lines
of products, the marketing team is divided into
several departments. Each department has its
own strategy to market its product such as
ethical department, which is the first set up
department followed by, OTC (Over the
Counter), Consumers department, and
Veterinary department.
